Broken Pipe in Vero Beach

The broken pipe that caused the damage.

A commercial business called SERVPRO of Vero Beach out to the business they were actually working on themselves because one of their employees stepped on a clients pipe in the attic trying to repair an A/C Unit.  While trying to fix one problem they accidentally caused a bigger problem.  However, the water was shut off quickly and SERVPRO of Vero Beach arrived within 30 minutes and were able to start the clean up right away.  The pipe was repaired and the water from the pipe break was extracted and removed.  I am happy to report both problems were sorted out the same day with fabulous results. SERVPRO of Vero Beach was glad to be of assistance of helping another business out for we all know accidents happen.  This picture reveals the culprit.
