A toilet overflow caused a local office to flood in Vero Beach, Florida. By the time the flooding was noticed, the water was throughout the entire floor plan. There were many different rooms that were affected. This picture shows the water being sucked up by the drywall and the flooring peeling away from the wall. The office furniture and kitchen appliances had trapped water underneath them as well. SERVPRO of Vero Beach pulled out appliances and furniture of all the affected areas to make sure everything was dried underneath and within two days the office was dried.
SERVPRO of Vero Beach was called out and responded to this commercial building within 40 minutes and were able to get the office up and running again "Like it never even happened."
