Small Choices Can Make a Big Difference in Our Community

We at SERVPRO of Vero Beach appreciate our community and love to give back as often as we can. We understand with the recent inflation in the cost of living many people find it hard to find extra wiggle room in their budget to give back to their community. However, there are still ways you can help! Below are some creative cheap, even free, ways to continue giving back.
- Share a cause on social media- Social media is a huge platform and a great way to spread the word on a cause you believe in. Even if you can’t afford to donate, you never know if the next person can. A simple “share” can make a big difference!
- Donate your time-Time is priceless and we all have it. Even if it’s just an hour or two you can make a huge impact in the community in a short period.
- Volunteer any unique skills-There is always someone in need of a service or item, if you have a unique skill consider donating your services to help.
- Donate unwanted items-There are charities and organizations in our community that need all kinds of items. Before you toss unwanted items to the curb, consider if they can be donated!
- Donate blood-There are OneBlood donation centers that are always looking for blood donors. If you are a medically viable donor you can consider helping by donating!
