They are using mathematical equations to come up with the most effective drying strategy. This is called “psychrometry”. Psychrometry is the science of studying various properties of air, methods of controlling its temperature and moisture content (humidity), and its effect on various materials. Some of the factors that determine quantity and placement of equipment are moisture levels, temperature, materials affected, and size/layout of the space.
