It’s that time of year again to start spring cleaning! Picture this, you’re feeling motivated enough to start spring cleaning. You purge this and donate that. Then, it comes time to store away all your winter décor and less used items. So, you climb up into the attic and you notice black stuff growing on the roof sheathing in your attic. Well, there is a good chance it’s mold. Moisture is always the cause of mold growth. Moisture can enter the attic via:
