Water Heater Leak in Vero Beach Condo

Here is a sneak peek into the damage before SERVPRO came in! The water heater leaked water all into first floor of this Vero Beach property. It was several days before the leak was discovered by the property manager. The increased moisture along with no A/C in Florida's heat caused mold growth very quickly.
