We were called out to remediate water damage at this property in The Moorings at Windward. The water heater leaked, flooding out the first floor of this two-story condo. The leak was undetected for several days leaving behind a lot of damage. The cork floors had buckled, and mold was growing all over the floors, furniture, and curtains. We worked in collaboration with Core Contents to pack up and salvage as many items as possible. These items will undergo a deep cleaning to ensure it is completely mold free before being placed back into the home. Our team spent many days working in the condo to also ensure that the property is dry and mold free. We are happy to say the customers were satisfied with the final outcome!
