Water Heater Leaks in Vero Beach, FL Home

The SERVPRO of Vero Beach team was called to this home after the owner noticed the carpet in the master bedroom closet was saturated with water. At first, they were confused were the water could have come from. They were worried there was a leak in the slab. Our crew arrived onsite within an hour of receiving the call. Upon walk through our technician found the leak originated from the water heater in the garage adjacent to the closet. The owners were relieved because it meant it was a much less invasive fix. Our team went right to work cleaning up the over saturated closet. The carpet was removed and the concrete foundation was dried out using air movers and a dehumidifier.
