Unexpected Mold Behind Baseboards
The homeowners initially called us out for a water loss in their home. Upon arrival, the crew began removing damaged flooring and baseboards to dry out the walls. When they pulled off the baseboards there was mold discovered behind it. It is always important to irradiate any exposed mold so that the drying process does not exacerbate the mold growth into other parts of the home. Thankfully, it was caught right away and we were able to prevent any spreading. As you can see in the first picture, mold is growing where the baseboard once was located. In the second picture, you can observe how much of the drywall had to be removed due to mold growth. Call us at (772) 770-0501 for your mold problems.
