Water Damage to Commercial Building in Vero Beach

This commercial building in Vero Beach was affected by water damage due to a broken water pipe in the ceiling. The water damage affected all the office space and part of the showroom. As seen in the before picture, the carpet was heavily saturated with water and started seeping through the wood floor inlay. We were able to successfully extract the water. Once we completed, we were able to place the needed drying equipment down in order to keep the area dry in an effort to stop the growth of any mold.
