Water Heater Damage in Fort Pierce Home

This is a large residential property we were called to because a hot water heater broke and ran for several days before their neighbor discovered the water damage. SERVPRO of Vero Beach responded quickly and started the remediation process. There were five rooms affected including the kitchen, great room, a bedroom, bathroom and a closets. Those rooms totaled over one thousand square feet. We extracted standing water from all rooms and then set drying equipment. Some of the  drywall and ceiling boards had to be removed due to the extent of the loss. The owner had the remediation done and things were back to normal in no time.
