Salvaging Shiplap in Vero Beach, FL
The owner of this home called us to remediate a water loss that began in the laundry room and ended in the bathroom, across the hall. They had just finished updating the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room when the appliance company came to install the new washer and dryer. They ran a test load to ensure the washer and dryer both functioned properly before leaving. This is when the cold-water line had become disconnected where it the meets washer. Water immediately began flowing into the laundry room across the hall and into the bathroom. Unfortunately, the floors of the bathroom were laminate and unsalvageable, but our technicians were able dry out and salvage the brand-new shiplap.
