Storm Damage to Vero Beach Historical Site
Storm damage resulted in this Vero Beach Historical Building due to a Tropical Storm. SERVPRO of Vero Beach was quickly called to clean up the water damage left by the storm. The SERVPRO Team used their highly trained skills to extract the water and start the drying process. The flooring of this historical building had very old wooden floors which absorbed a great deal of moisture, so skilled drying techniques were required. We used commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to facilitate drying of the floor. After water seeps in to the wooden floors, it takes several days to dry. We monitored the process with high-tech moisture content meters to provide sufficient reporting to the insurance adjusters.
