Water Leak in Vero Beach, FL Condo
We were called by the owners of this condo after they notice water leaking out from a seam where the baseboard connects to the door frame. Upon arrival our technicians performed a thorough, but minimally invasive search for the source of this leak. It turned out the cause of this loss was the water heater from second floor unit. It was leaking enough water to migrate down into the first floor through the baseboards. Our technicians ended up removing the molding around the door frame and base boards to access the space in between. This ensures the area is thoroughly dried, preventing future mold growth. After the area had been completely dried out, our technicians carefully restored the frame and baseboard to make it “Like it never even happened.”
