Balcony Leak Leads to Water Damage

Water seeped into this Sebastian, FL master bedroom from the attached balcony. To be more specific, the water from rain had collected on the balcony, eventually leaking through the bottom rails of the sliding glass door. The carpet in this room had just been installed and the owners did not want to take any chances by improperly drying it themselves.  The process was relatively simple for SERVPRO of Vero Beach since the leak only affected the front portion of the room, near the balcony. We extracted the excess water then set up drying equipment to ensure the carpet was completely dry.
