Retirement Park

This unoccupied dwelling was a mess when we arrived.  It also had an amazing phenomena occur where water beaded on ever surface of each room.  The Park manager said he opened the door and water gushed out. No one knows how long the water leaked from the broken pipes.  The place was in between tenants so at least there wasn't a bunch of contents that had to be saved or thrown out.  However, there definitely was tons of moisture.  Another plus is the air conditioning was on pretty low so there was no visible or hidden mold detected.  That was impressive alone!
