Commercial Clubhouse Floods Out
The property manager for a local retirement living community called after hours complaining of lots of water flooding out the recreation/clubhouse. We were able to respond within 45 minutes and within two hours had the water extracted and dryers in place. Many of the local neighbors did not even realize anything had occurred. I believe the kitchen area was up and serving breakfast for some of it's community the next day. We here at SERVPRO VERO BEACH make it "Like it never even happened."
