Water Migrates Under Sink Vanity in Sebastian, FL Home
SERVPRO of Vero Beach was called out to mitigate water damage in Sebastain, FL master bathroom. The owner of this property had begun to run water for a bath then got distracted on a phone call. By the time the call was over water was overflowing from the bathtub onto the floor. They attempted to extract the water using towels and a wet/dry vac. However, the water had already migrated into the space behind the toe kick of their vanity. Our technicians arrived on site with in a hour of their call. The kick board was safely removed to allow access to the space behind it. They placed some drying equipment to be left over night. The next morning the space was dried and our technicians replaced the kick board, leaving “Like it never even happened.”
