Storm Damaged Roof Leaks Water Onto Stairs

During a recent storm, this homeowner was dismayed to discover a patch in his ceiling was leaking a steady flow of water onto his stairway.  We received the panicked call and recommended him to safely put a tarp on his roof once the storm passed to prevent any further water damage.  Our techs arrived on the scene and aided the homeowner in contacting a roofer and applying the tarp.  They also cleaning up the excess water not only from the ceiling but also from the carpets.  They made sure to dry the carpets fully to avoid any mold growth.
