Gotta Go Mold

A damaged roof went unnoticed for months until the family began to smell a musky odor.  Concerned, they called SERVPRO of VERO BEACH and we were able to come out and access the roof was the cause of a small leak.  This leak persisted with each rain fall and with the summer heat soon became a mold issue.  SERVPRO VERO BEACH cut out the mold, wiped down and hepa vacuumed everything and were able to contain the mold and safely remove it.  It is imperative that people don't treat these issues as DIY projects for the mold could have spread easily if the homeowners had attempted it themselves.
