Mold Remediation in Sebastian, FL Home

Our SERVPRO of Vero Beach crew was recently sent out to this Sebastian, FL home after mold was discovered growing under the wood floors of the master bedroom. The owners had another company remediate the water loss. Unfortunately, the company did not correctly dry the wood flooring. They had set up equipment to dry out the floor’s surface, but the moisture beneath the wood floors was left unmitigated. This moisture eventually led to the growth of mold in the room. We were not able to salvage the floors, they were replaced with new flooring after our technicians completed the mold remediation protocol.
