Water Damaged Wood Floors in Indian River Estate
The wood floors in the Indian River estate were left irreparably damaged after the ground floor became flooded from a corroded toilet line in the guest bathroom. The home owners woke up to water pooled on the floor. The leaking toilet line had gone undetected the entire night while they slept. Our crew began the remediation process by extracting the standing water then, removing the damaged wood planks. Next, drying equipment was set up and left to run until all of our moisture readings came back dry. The last step was to restore the home by installing new wood floors, you can see in the “after” picture. SERVPRO of Vero Beach left this home "Like it never even happened."
