Storm Surge Floods Indian River Estates Garage

When it rains, it pours! Florida is referred to as the Sunshine State, but we are also the lightning capital of the world. Our rain can last days, sometimes weeks and can be quite intense at times. This leaves certain areas vulnerable to storm surges and flash flooding. As was the case in this home-the water from a storm flooded their garage, seeping into their home. Thankfully, it didn’t get too far into the home but it was enough to warrant a call to SERVPRO of Vero Beach. We were out within an hour to begin mitigating the damage and set up drying equipment.
