Air Conditioning Leak in Vero Beach Hotel
The air conditioning unit of this hotel room had leaked water onto the floor throughout the night. We were called after the hotel staff received complaints from guests that there was moisture in carpets of their rooms. Since the leak had gone unnoticed for the entire night, the water had enough time to migrate into the neighboring rooms. In total, three rooms were affected. The guests were moved to different rooms and our team was onsite to begin mitigation within an hour of receiving the call.
